Engineered for both visual impact and build efficiency, this latest profile introduces a distinct batten cap system that transforms the traditional standing seam aesthetic.

With its impressive 45mm rib height, and precision-engineered quick relief swages, Spanlok® Roll Cap casts refined shadow lines across roofing and cladding applications — making it a standout feature for residential, commercial, and architectural projects.

But the beauty doesn’t stop at appearance. This profile is designed to work smarter, fixing directly to purlins and girts — no solid substrate needed. That means faster installs, reduced material requirements, and seamless integration with staged construction timelines. Even before the 63mm wide roll cap is installed, the roof remains fully waterproof — allowing flexibility without compromise.

Upgrading an existing Spanlok® roof? No problem. The system is fully compatible with existing Eurostyle® Spanlok® installations. Simply add the Spyder™ clip and batten cap to upgrade your project to the Roll Cap finish.

Spanlok® Roll Cap is available in a selection of tray widths and can be manufactured using a range of high-performance substrates and finishes.
